Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- All hardware and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and product specifications, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Duvets (all types)
- Clearance Bedroom Furniture (marked as final sale)
- Custom-made or specially ordered items (including certain antique-style beds and industrial-style beds)
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Affix the return label we provide (for approved returns)
- Ship via the carrier specified in your return instructions
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
We will process your request once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we process your return
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like bed frames or headboards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bedroom furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- Do not assemble or use the damaged item
- We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing (processing time depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges
