Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition requirements: Unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase required: Order number or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns and product specifications, these items cannot be returned:

  • All duvets
  • Clearance Bedroom Furniture (marked as final sale)
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items (including certain antique-style beds and industrial-style beds)
  • Assembled, used, or damaged items
